HOUSE RULES:
-This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties
-This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security with no refund, your deposit through Airbnb may be used towards extra costs in removing you.
-NO-SMOKING indoors. A standard charge of £100 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and lasting damage on the property.
-Loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation, we will be notified via our excess noise and smoke monitoring devices located in the property.
-Between 11PM-7AM, there are to be no extra guests in the property that are not included in the total guest number as stated on your booking.
EXTRAS:
-If you require any extra nights or wish to extend your booking, please contact us at the earliest possible point to ensure that we can keep the dates are available to book you in.
-If you require to extend check-out, please enquire at the earliest possible opportunity so that we can re-arrange our cleaning teams' schedule, we cannot always guarantee extensions.
PARKING:
-The property benefits from on-street parking.

Maintenance Callout: £25 for unrequired callout
Tampering of any alarm or security feature: £100
Late Check-out: £30 First hour / £40 any hour after
Failure to pay additional charges: £50
