It is advised to typically plan for a 4PM check-in time. However in some cases where you require earlier access, we may be able to accommodate this at a rate of £20/Hour. On some occasions, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place so we may not be able to facilitate this. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it might be possible to arrange a later check-out time. Kindly get in touch with us by 10AM on the day before your departure to verify if this can be arranged. This will be charged at a rate of £20/Hour. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
This payment should be made the day before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be scheduled for the regular check-out time of 10AM.

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise toilet paper, sponges, washing up liquid, body wash, tea/coffee/sugar. Please note that these supplies will not always last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.

These are both available upon request and available to order at cost-price. For safety & hygiene reasons, we don't provide linens & mattress for the travel cot. This is due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries to clean these. It is much better for you to use your own fabrics, linens and to have your own mattress that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions.
